What are the specifications of various materials for baseball venues?

The material specifications of the baseball field should be the same as those of the road building materials, and the natural turf materials should be in accordance with the garden planting requirements.

1. Soil material

1) Sintered soil: a synthetic material

Orange color (required water does not fade, ultraviolet light fades in three years);

Plasticity index 9~12;

Liquid limit 30~35;

The maximum dry weight 1.6~1.7;

The largest particle 5mm; admixture

2) natural grade gravel: the dry river bed is required, the maximum particle size is less than 5cm, the content of particles below 5mm is not more than 30% (volume ratio), and the clay content is not more than 10% of the sand quality refers to the sand particle size less than 5mm.

2. Natural turf field materials

Soil quality: Sandy soil with particle size distribution is required. It has good water permeability and good air permeability. It can penetrate the surface in time after rain, and it will not form water flow. It requires grass bed stability and is suitable for grass seedling growth.

3. Artificial turf field materials

The length of artificial grass is more than 4cm.

Artificial turf grass

1) Cement concrete, the number should not be less than C20.

2) Cement: General cement number 325 or more or slag cement number 325 or more.

3) Aggregate: gravel or broken river gravel with particle size of 0.5~3.2cm, with mud content less than 1%.

4) Sand: coarse sand, the largest particles 5mm, clay content less than 3%.

5. Asphalt concrete, AC-10 or AM-10 can be used as surface layer, and asphalt concrete underlayer can be AC-16, AC-20 or AM-16, AM-20.

6. Material mix ratio of lime and fly ash gravel:

Lime: fly ash: gravel=7:30:63 or 10:50:40

7. Lime and soil base materials

1) Lime: Use 1 to 3 grades of new ash. The use of ash is 12%.

2) Soil: soils with a viscosity (plasticity index greater than 4), sandy soil, silty soil, etc. The amount of soil used was 88%.

8. The soil part used in the baseball field is very demanding and the color is orange. There must be no discoloration or fading after the water is applied or in a dry state. When the athlete's body touches the soil, oranges and reds are not allowed in the clothing and all parts of the body. Do not stick to your body or clothing. With strong water penetration, artificial watering can be followed immediately without sticking to the feet. It is understood that the 2005 National Baseball Game Finals was held in Beijing. The soil used was developed by a certain unit in Beijing and the site was built. After the finals were used, the results of television broadcasts were very good. The athletes, coaches, referees, and venue groups all reflected good use. Its simple material production process is as follows:

1) Use silt soil, mix and mix into adobe, dry and heat the grill to orange solid.

2) The solid material after sintering is broken by a crusher and then passed through a 5mmx5mm electric sieve and a 3mmx3mm electric sieve respectively. After screening, the sintered clay is of two particle sizes. The average results of on-site screening are shown in Table 3.4.

3) The sintering soil and the plasticity index of less than 25 clay mixed, the mixing machine using a 500-type forced mixing machine, mixing 60 ~ 180s;

4) The import of curing agent (United States) and thinner mixing (domestic A, B) with the spray method, slowly added to the mixer, and then continue mixing 60~90s;

5) Finally, the mixed product will be bagged and shipped from the factory. After the finished product is brought to the construction site, it should be rolled within 3 days and the rain should be taken care of in the middle.

6) The product has a guaranteed shelf life of 7 years, and the product is a patented product.
