**Usage and Debugging Instructions:**
1. Open the incubator door, place the items to be processed on the internal shelves, and then close the door securely.
2. Connect the power supply by plugging the three-pin plug into a grounded socket, and turn the power switch on the control panel to the "ON" position. At this point, the digital display should light up, indicating that the device is operating correctly.
3. Adjust the desired temperature using the temperature controller on the control panel. If the set temperature is more than 5°C higher than the ambient temperature, switch the cooling function to “RT+5°C.†For detailed instructions on using the temperature controller, refer to the next section.
4. Once started, the incubator will gradually reach the set temperature. After the required processing time has elapsed, the operation is complete.
5. Turn off the power supply. Wait until the internal temperature approaches the ambient temperature before opening the door to remove the samples.
**Installation and Handling Tips:**
1. Avoid applying excessive force to the glass during transportation. Do not drop or tilt the unit beyond 45 degrees.
2. Ensure the equipment is placed on a stable and level surface after proper grounding.
3. Do not use the incubator in direct sunlight or environments with high humidity and temperature. Maintain an ambient temperature between 10°C and 30°C for optimal performance.
4. Keep the device away from sources of electromagnetic interference and ensure the grounding wire is properly connected.
5. When in use, avoid placing heavy objects inside the chamber that could block air circulation. Proper airflow is crucial for maintaining uniform temperature throughout the chamber.
6. The incubator requires an AC 220V, 50Hz power supply. Always use a 10A three-core socket with a reliable ground connection—never use a two-core socket.
7. Keep the power cord away from the back of the unit and avoid placing any objects on top of it to prevent damage.
