**Chicken Heat Shock Protein 70 (HSP70) Quantitative Detection Kit (ELISA)**
This kit is designed for the quantitative detection of Heat Shock Protein 70 (HSP70) in chicken serum, plasma, and related liquid samples. It provides a reliable and accurate method to measure HSP70 levels using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
The detection principle is based on a double-antibody, two-step sandwich ELISA. The microplate is pre-coated with polyclonal antibodies specific to chicken HSP70. After incubation, unbound components are washed away. A horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled standard or sample is then added, followed by another incubation and washing step. TMB substrate is introduced, and the reaction produces a blue color that turns yellow when an acid stop solution is added. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of HSP70 in the sample. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm, and the HSP70 concentration is determined by comparing the sample OD value to a standard curve.

**Note:** The standards should be diluted with standard diluent to final concentrations of 20, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, and 0.62 ng/mL.
