Packing:
One, two or four pieces packed in standard export carton and the cargos will be delivered within 30 days.We have especially reinforced our packing in order to minimize the extent of any possible damage to the goods.
Shipping:
FCL(Container Load)/LCL(Less than Container Load): We ship goods by sea.

Parcel sample / urgent things by air: We provide as many shipping options as possible, including DHL, UPS, ,FedEx, EMS and Air mail and so on.

 24 months. We promise change new chair for customer within 24 months if due to our chair quality problem cause chair can't be used.

 We will research and develop 3-5 pieces new model chairs and send to our customer's email with quotation every month regularly,some are cheaper models,and some are never appeared in the market  
 
C).Customer's complaints 
 For all complaints come from our customer, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours. It would be easier and quicker for us to handle issue if you can provide us with photos of products with quality problem.       
 
D).Sample order
 We welcome sample order or trial order before mass order,this can help customer know more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges 2 times of the normal price, and we will refund normal chair cost after the order confirmed.
 
E).Personal customize
 We welcome customer provide us own design idea or clear picture,we can discuss about it and do our best to do same like yours,colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair,also workable for us.
F).Checking the quality of products
Welcome to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before loading, you can also send QC person to checking goods . Or we will check the quality and send photos for your reference.We will not loading container till you agree to load.

(1).Who is Anji Partner?
AnJi Partner is a Professional Manufacturer of high quality of office chair, gaming chiar, bar stool chair and so on.  We are located at Anji, Zhejiang where is well known as "The Town of Chairs"in China. And we are near Hangzhou and shanghai.

(2).What it the quality of your products? 
Every product quality will be checked & cleaned before packing,  Every step of production is carefully inspected by our professional QC clerk to ensure the quality of our products.

(3).Is it possible to negotiate the Prices?
Yes, discounts would be consider for container mixed or individual model.

(4).What is your minimum order requirement?
Our MOQ is 10pcs for each items, 50pcs for an order, 20ft container for special items. Please email us for your item inquired.

(5).Can you make samples?
Yes, samples are accepted. 

(6).What about the payment?
We accept 30% T/T deposit,70% based on copy of B/L. Or LC at sight

(7).How long will it take to execute my order?
Depends on your size of order, generally, 30-35 work days for 40'HQ container. Please let us know the quantity and model of the items to a correct production schedule.

(8).How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport.

(9).How can I know the status of production or my order is being done?
We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.

(10).Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes, we extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. We may give the gurantee 2 years.
