Small constant temperature and humidity box core components

The small constant temperature and humidity chamber is designed for testing the performance of aerospace products, information electronics, instrumentation, materials, electrical, and electronic components under high-temperature or humid environments. This device ensures accurate simulation of real-world conditions, allowing engineers to evaluate product reliability and stability in various climates. First, the control system features a high-precision digital controller imported from Japan, which provides accurate temperature and humidity readings with a display precision of 0.1°C. The humidity is directly shown as a percentage, making it easy to monitor. The temperature sensor used is a PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, known for its high accuracy and stability. The control method combines heat balance temperature adjustment with humidity regulation, ensuring consistent environmental conditions. The system employs a PID+SSR control strategy, which allows for precise and stable output by continuously adjusting based on feedback. It also includes an automatic calculation function that quickly corrects any fluctuations in temperature or humidity, enhancing overall performance and reliability. Second, the heating and humidification system uses far-infrared nickel-chromium alloy heating elements, providing fast and efficient heating. The high-temperature system operates independently, ensuring that it does not interfere with low-temperature or damp heat testing. The humidification system utilizes an international-standard shallow trough method, offering more accurate humidity control and a better humidification effect. The system also features automatic water level compensation and a water shortage alarm to prevent damage caused by dry running. For humidification, two high-speed electric heating pipes made of stainless steel are used, each with a power of 0.75KW. The dehumidification process involves a laminar flow contact method using an evaporator coil, which effectively reduces humidity by lowering the dew point temperature. This advanced environmental testing chamber is ideal for laboratories and production facilities that require reliable and accurate climate simulations for quality assurance and product development.

Charcoal Grill

A charcoal grill is a type of outdoor cooking appliance that uses charcoal as its primary fuel source. It typically consists of a metal frame or cart, a cooking grate, and a charcoal tray or basket. Charcoal grills come in various sizes and styles, from small portable models for camping and tailgating to large, heavy-duty models for backyard cookouts. They are popular for their ability to impart a smoky flavor to food and their versatility in cooking a variety of dishes, from burgers and hot dogs to steaks and vegetables. However, they require more time and effort to set up and maintain than gas grills, and can be more challenging to regulate the temperature.
