Solenoid valve which classification - Shanghai Hushan Valve Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

According to different solenoid valve control types, JUYUN solenoid valves can be divided into three major types: direct-acting solenoid valves, pilot-operated solenoid valves, and forced pilot solenoid valves.
Its working principle is briefly described as follows:
First, the direct-acting solenoid valve works:
1) Normally closed type, the electromagnetic coil generates enough electromagnetic force when the power is turned on. The moving part (consisting of the magnetic core, the valve stem, the upper and lower diaphragms/seal parts) is lifted from the valve seat, and the valve is opened; the spring force when the power is off. Press the moving part against the valve seat and the valve closes.
2) Normally open type, the direction of action is the opposite of the normally closed type.
Second, the pilot solenoid valve working principle:
1) Normally closed type, the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil opens the pilot hole when the power is turned on, the pressure of the upper chamber drops rapidly, and a high differential pressure is formed on the diaphragm (piston)/seal attachment to push the diaphragm (piston) The seal is lifted from the valve seat and the valve is opened. When the power is turned off, the spring force closes the pilot hole. The valve inlet pressure rapidly enters the upper chamber from the bypass hole, and the diaphragm (piston)/seal attachment forms a low height. The pressure difference pushes the diaphragm (piston)/seal down and presses against the valve seat and the valve closes.
2) Normally open type, the direction of action is the opposite of the normally closed type.
Third, the principle of forced pilot solenoid valve:
1) Normally closed type, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve is small, the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil after energization is sufficient to lift the moving parts such as the magnetic core and diaphragm (piston)/seal, and the valve is opened; The moving parts such as the plate (piston)/seal are pressed against the valve seat and the valve closes.
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve is large, the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil opens the pilot hole when the power is turned on. The pressure of the upper chamber rapidly decreases, and a high differential pressure is formed on the diaphragm (piston)/seal attachment to promote the pressure difference. The diaphragm (piston)/seal is lifted from the valve seat and the valve opens. When the power is off, the spring force closes the pilot hole. The valve inlet pressure rapidly enters the upper chamber from the bypass hole and forms in the diaphragm (piston)/seal attachment. The pressure difference between high and low, push the diaphragm (piston)/seal downwards to press on the valve seat, the valve closes.
2) Normally open type, the direction of action is the opposite of the normally closed type.
