   Four specimens with a size of 80±1 mm×25±1 mm were taken from the wall of each of the three specimens for a total of twelve specimens.

The unit of bond strength is N/m length, and the sampling rule is to take a sleepy paperboard with a crucible length of 25mm and a width of 80mm , which requires data processing when calculating the bond strength value. First, the number of ridges in the 80mm width is calculated, and the length of each ridge is multiplied by 25mm to make it the total length of the enthalpy that the measured corrugated board has.

According to the following formula, find out the actual number of turns of the test sample (final value is an integer).

According to the above formula, it is not difficult to find the number of turns per unit length that the sample has. However, the current domestic production of single unit equipment manufacturers many data processing corrugated roller is not very standardized, may cause non-standard modulus or processing coefficient. The corrugated corrugated paper produced by such a corrugating roll is inevitably inconsistent with the corrugated type required by the national standard and the number of turns within a certain length unit. Therefore, according to the actual situation, the number of turns of the sample must be determined in person, and the corresponding needle attachment can be used correctly.
When the number of turns was determined, a suitable needle attachment was used for the peel strength test of the adhesive strength.
