Danielle Colding Design is a full-service interior design firm located in the heart of New York City. Danielle holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology and African American Studies from Stanford University. Her studies in culture and human behavior have profoundly influenced her design philosophy. Combining these insights with her formal training in Interior Design from FIDM, The Fashion Institute of Design in Merchandising in Los Angeles, Danielle brought her expertise back to New York City in 2002. After working for the prestigious firm Irvine & Fleming, she launched her independent practice full-time in 2007.

In 2012, Danielle won HGTVâ€™s â€œDesign Star,â€ allowing her to share her design philosophy with a broader audience. Her follow-up show, â€œShop This Room,â€ focused on helping homeowners personalize their spaces using items they already love. This approach resonated deeply with viewers who appreciated her practical yet creative solutions.
