Environmentally-friendly multi-layer co-extruded polyolefin PO heat-shrinkable film is produced by three extruders operating at the same time, through the two-bubble method, blow-up, and formed after biaxial stretching and cooling. The three extruders pass a co-extruded film head to uniformly extrude different raw materials to form a coextruded film of three different layers of inner, middle and outer materials. The interlayer is a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). ), inner and outer layers of copolymerized poly (p-ene) (PP). Its characteristics are:
(1) The PO film has high transparency and high lightness and is superior to ordinary polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE).
(2) The PO film has high tensile strength and strong impact resistance, so that the product has a good degree of packaging, is not easy to break, damage, and the performance is better than polyvinyl chloride PVC and single-layer polypropylene PP film.
(3) PO film has good low temperature resistance and is not easy to age. After the product is packaged, it is not deformed, shrinked, broken, hardened or brittle at -50°C～+95°C, and its performance is better than that of PVC PVC and polyethylene PE film.
(4) PO film density is only 0.92, while the density of PVC PVC is nearly 1.4, so the proportion of PO film is 34% smaller than that of PVC, and the area of ​​the same thickness and weight of product PO film is 34% larger than that of PVC. At the same time, the PO film has higher tensile strength than PVC. When the thickness of the PO film is reduced by 30 to 50% of the thickness of the PVC film, the PO film will not lose its packaging effect because of its high tensile strength. Therefore, the PO film is used for packaging. When the product, the unit cost will not increase, and the effect will be better, such as the use of a thickness of 15μ - 19μ PO film can replace the thickness of 25μ - 40μ PVC film.
(5) The PO film is non-toxic and odorless. It will not produce toxic and harmful gases during use and processing. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products have been banned from use in European and American countries and many developed countries. The medical community has determined that vinyl chloride monomer in PVC is harmful to humans and produces carcinogenic substances. The developed countries' standard for the content of vinyl chloride in food-grade PVC is set at 0.01PPM. At present, the content of vinyl chloride monomer in PVC in China is 5PPM, which is more than 500 times that of foreign standards. In addition, during the processing operation, PVC will release hydrogen chloride gas. This gas not only stimulates the human respiratory system, but also harmful to the human body. The flue gas generated during the incineration of PVC can also seriously damage the ozone layer, causing secondary pollution. In addition, PVC itself has an odor, such as packaged food or cosmetics, will destroy the taste of the packaged product itself, affect product quality and effectiveness.
(6) The PO film has good toughness, high tensile strength, and high shrinkage, reaching 50% to 60%. The PVC PVC shrinkage rate is only 30%, and low tensile strength, easy aging, easy to damage, brittle and easy to crack at low temperatures, at room temperature, easy to shrink deformation and change the shape of the package, the packaging effect is poor. Because of its superior performance, the PO film can increase the value and grade of the goods to be packaged, and increase the display effect of the goods.
