It is reported that this metal-plated biodegradable film can meet the EU (EU) and US FDA specifications on food-contact materials, and has also passed the relevant certification of the German Industrial Standard (DIN). Treofan expects that Biophan and paper composite packaging will have a promising future in the candy market and can also replace aluminum-containing composite packaging. The good hydrophobicity of the film is also very suitable for this application. The company's test results show that at 23% and 50% relative humidity, the material's oxygen transmission rate is only 1/12 that of the unplated PLA film, similar to metal-coated polypropylene film, higher than metal-coated glass paper. .
