Italy develops innovative stretch blow molding machine

The Italian SIG Group, which has expertise and production experience, has newly developed the SINRGIA Stretch Blow Molding Machine and it has been put on the market.

The stretch blow moulding machine is an integral stretch blow-molding filling capping machine which utilizes the principle of single supply and adopts a SIGCORPOLAST BLMAX SERIES blow moulding machine, a SIG SI-MonAZZI STILLJET filling machine and a double-cover feeding capping machine. The devices are assembled in a single unit, eliminating the need for conveyor belts or rinsing machines; depending on the speed, space, and capacity requirements, stretch blow molding machines have two options for buffering and direct transport systems. The buffer allows the device to empty all bottles when it is stopped, and to connect the labeler if necessary. The direct transfer system uses a plastic wheel to transfer packages between devices.
