The product has been tested by the Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau of Henan and Zhejiang Provinces, and its adhesive strength, The side pressure strength is better than the national export standard, and the reaction time is shortened from 2-3 hours for the original cold-rolling method to 40 minutes. The sticky feces speed is: 40 seconds for fiber breakage, 1.5 minutes for initial adhesion, and 1 minute for full adhesion, which is more than ordinary adhesion. The mixture is shortened by more than 3 times. The most prominent advantage is that the technology has low cost and long shelf life. The ordinary starch glue process produces 5-6 tons of glue per ton of starch, while the technology can produce 8-10 tons of glue per ton of starch, and the shelf life is increased from 4 to 4 in the previous week.
