Vacuum aluminum spray paper (or aluminum spray paper, aluminized paper, vaporized paper) is a new type of green packaging material applied in the packaging industry from the 1980s. Because of its noble and beautiful metal texture, relatively low material cost, constant packaging flexibility, stable and reliable printing performance, and biodegradable and recyclable environmental protection properties, it is more and more popular.

Since 1992, vacuum spray aluminum waterproof and spray aluminum waterproof label paper began to enter China's beer bottle packaging market; from 1993, vacuum spray aluminum (gray) cardboard used in domestic liquor, tea, cosmetics, food, gift packaging market Since 1997, vacuum sprayed aluminum lining paper has begun to enter the domestic cigarette packaging market, gradually replacing traditional aluminum foil cards, laminated cards and other high-priced, non-environmental packaging materials; in 2000, vacuum sprayed aluminum lining paper began to enter China. According to experts, vacuum spray aluminum paper can be divided into two methods according to the production process: direct method (paper-surface spray aluminum) and transfer method (film surface spray aluminum). The direct method is to place the paper directly in a vacuum aluminum sprayer for spraying aluminum. This method is limited to aluminum spray paper. The transfer method is to place the PET film or laser PET film on the vacuum aluminum spraying machine after spraying aluminum, glue the horse paper or cardboard, and peel off the PET film (the PET film can be used repeatedly), and the aluminum molecular layer passes the adhesive effect. Transfer to paper or cardboard surface. This method can produce more than 40-450g paper or cardboard.

Compared with the direct method. The salient features of the transfer method: First, it can produce paper or cardboard of any thickness; Second, it can make full use of the flatness of PET film to make paper metal luster brighter; Third, it can produce radiant anti-counterfeit vacuum aluminum-plated paper or cardboard.

Due to the complex production technology of the transfer aluminum spray method, high technological content, and large investment in equipment, it is difficult for ordinary small and medium-sized enterprises to imitate. In anti-counterfeit packaging materials, the transfer aluminum spray method has unique advantages. The international packaging industry puts forward five comprehensive indicators for anti-counterfeit packaging materials: First, timeliness, anti-counterfeit packaging must be a new scientific and technological achievements, in a certain period of time, this The longer the scientific and technological achievements stay ahead, the better the anti-counterfeiting effect. Second, aesthetics. Excellent anti-counterfeit packaging materials must be organically combined with the aesthetics of packaging design and printing. It is difficult to be accepted by the market to destroy the anti-counterfeiting form of packaging. Third, the identification. The anti-counterfeiting effect must be clear to the consumer before purchase. Only after the package is opened can the true anti-counterfeiting method be recognized as "passive security." Fourth, versatility. Manufacturers do not need to add additional equipment, without special training can be applied to the production of conventional packaging materials. Fifth, economy. Advanced anti-counterfeiting packaging materials must have a high technological content, and the price can be accepted by the market, so that the goods can increase the credibility and profitability of the manufacturer on the basis of eliminating counterfeiting. These five highly demanding comprehensive indicators have been a problem that has plagued the packaging industry for many years. The excellent characteristics of laser anti-counterfeit vacuum ejector paper (card) are extremely close to the above five comprehensive indicators and are an ideal anti-counterfeit packaging.
