New permanent yellow pigment developed successfully

Tianjin Dongli District Jindong Pigment Factory recently developed a permanent yellow HRO2-G product and process. The product consists of diazotization and coupling of 3,3-dichlorobiphenylamine and 2,5-dimethoxy-p-chloroacetanilide. In the reaction, changing the particle size of the pigment and adding the mixing auxiliaries are two key steps to improve the product performance and achieve the technical indicators of similar foreign products. In printing and printing, it meets the requirements for printing renminbi applications. The project is innovative and can be used as a colorant in the banknote printing, paint making, and plastic industries.
