After printing, use water to wash the screen and tools.
During printing, if the printing material is blocked, if the screen is still washed with water, the printing material will stick to the web and cannot be peeled off. A small piece of white cloth can be used to adsorb 783 solvent or banana water, and the dry plugged area of ​​the screen can be scrubbed. If the aqueous slurry is too dry, a water-based thinner may be added to the colorant to prevent blocking. If a dark fabric is printed, the thinner may not be mixed too much, too much to cover the background of the substrate. It should be noted that water-based printing materials must not be mixed with solvent-based printing materials.
Which items are suitable for solvent inks? How to solve the problem?
Hard articles generally do not absorb water and ink. When printing such items, choose to use compatible solvent-based inks and thinners.
According to the temperature, use quick-drying agent, slow-drying thinner, but the ink can not be used alone, must be used evenly with a diluent to deploy, the ink is printed on the surface of the object, etc., to be air-dried or dried.
There are many kinds of solvent-based inks, suitable for printing transparent glass, organic glass, various metal equipment, porcelain, hard and soft plastics, stones, bakelite, etc., and solvent-resistant photosensitive adhesives are used when making plates.
If the plate type plugs the mesh, use 783 slow drying agent to wash the screen plate in the hot season, and use the 2nd quick-drying agent to wash the screen plate in the winter season.
The above two diluents can be used to adjust the ink.
Banana water is cheaper and can be used to wash plates, but instead of flushing the screen with water, it uses a small piece of white cloth to absorb the banana water and clean it at the hole until the mesh is clear.
