The new Lanta operating system puts more emphasis on user experience

The research team of Landa visited more than 120 customers in 10 countries and regions, and consulted about their architecture and functions on the printing press to obtain feedback for a more perfect user experience.

Detailed research and close collaboration with customers have led Landa to introduce a new concept in the operation of printing presses and add many important functions. The Lanta operating system, integrated in the production management center, enables the operator to monitor and control every production process. The control center has advanced ergonomic design, advanced touch screen control, operation management tools, monitoring table, etc. In addition, the personal area enables the operator to perform storage and other detailed operations.

New inkjet head improves print quality

The new inkjet head can improve the printing quality and printing production efficiency. When the printing resolution is 1200dpi, they have the matching offset resolution and gray level required for high-quality printing. In addition, the new inkjet head structure improves the reliability of ink ejection and reduces the probability of inkjet head failure.

Advanced paper handling system

The automatic paper handling system of the nano-printer produced by Lanta supports both paper and plastic substrates, reducing many labor-intensive tasks related to paper settings, and can accelerate the conversion of new substrates to maximize uptime. The continuous paper feeding and delivery capabilities allow the converter and printer to operate without stopping to replace the stack. An auxiliary transfer tray allows the printer to automatically collect paper without interrupting the normal production process.

Landa plans to conduct application tests on the S10FC nano-printing machine in 2014. The S10C Nano Commercial Press will be tested afterwards. The company's president Banny Landa said: "We have made substantial improvements and will accelerate the transformation of mainstream digital printing technology."

In food service and water distribution, specialized equipment to generate weak solutions of HClO from water and salt is sometimes used to generate adequate quantities of safe (unstable) disinfectant to treat food preparation surfaces and water supplies.
In water treatment, hypochlorous acid is the active sanitizer in hypochlorite-based products (e.g. used in swimming pools).
Similarly, in ships and yachts, marine sanitation devices use electricity to convert seawater into hypochlorous acid to disinfect macerated faecal waste before discharge into the sea.
