In this paper, the process of recovering copper and nickel from copper-nickel electroplating sludge is studied, and the optimal process conditions for extraction and separation of copper and nickel are determined. The experimental results show that with M5640 as the extractant and sulfuric acid solution as the back-extractant, after extraction and separation. The recovery rate of copper is greater than 90%, and the recovery rate of nickel is greater than 95%.
