Outdoor Athletes Registration and Communication Management Measures (Trial)

Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of outdoor athletes and ensure the normal and orderly conduct of our country's outdoor sports competitions, this Administrative Measures is formulated in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State Sports General Administration.

Article 2 The State Sport General Administration Mountaineering Management Center is the national unit for the registration and exchange of outdoor athletes.

Article 3 The registration and exchange of outdoor athletes shall be conducted on the principles of voluntariness, openness, legality and orderliness.

Article 4 The legal representative of an outdoor athlete is responsible for registering athletes. Once a year.

Article 5 is the annual registration time for outdoor players from December 1 to January 31 each year. Overdue will not be processed.

Article 6 Outdoor athletes shall sign their own qualification agreement with the representative of the legal entity they represent (printed by the China Mountaineering Association). The time is one year.

Article 7: The legal person unit of the outdoor athlete who is registered shall fill in the qualification agreement and exchange agreement for outdoor athlete representation (printed by the China Mountaineering Association), and provide two 2-inch photos of the athlete and 20 yuan per person for registration. Article 8 The National Mountain Sports Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport shall, within 10 working days after receiving the registration application form, register for the athletes and issue a registration certificate.

Article 9 The National Mountain Sports Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport shall, within 10 days after the completion of the annual registration period, publish the athlete registration list for the current year as a document to the whole country.

Article 10 Outdoor athletes participating in the competition organized by the Mountaineering Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the China Mountaineering Association shall represent the entity with legal personality.

Article 11 Outdoor athletes who participate in the national competition shall show their registration certificate. Athletes without a registration card cannot participate in the competition.

Article 12 Outdoor athletes register once a year. Outdoor athletes can only represent the legal entity they belong to in a registered year and cannot represent other units.

Article 13 At the end of a registration year, outdoor athletes can communicate and adopt voluntary principles.

Article 14 shall criticize units that violate the Measures; if the circumstances are serious, it shall be punished by suspending the registration for one year until the cancellation of its registration qualifications.

Article 15 Athletes who violate the criminal law shall be automatically disqualified from registration.

Article 16 The power of interpretation of these Measures shall belong to the Mountaineering Management Center of the State Sports General Administration.

Article 17 The present Measures shall be implemented as of the date of issue.
