U.S. has successfully developed a fully sealed device for juice filling

Recently, Pillar-Technologies, Wisconsin has developed a fully sealed device for juice filling to ensure that the juice is protected from the harmful effects of hot gases and vapors from the filling line to the packaging line.

When the filling temperature is lower than 250 degrees Celsius, the requirement of killing the bacteria can still be satisfied, and the stability of the filling of the juice can also be maintained. A temperature lower than 250F can ensure that the filled plastic bottles, especially HDPE bottles, will not collapse when they are filled vertically.

Since the filling and filling are in a completely closed state, so as to maintain the pH of the juice acid, such as citrus acid, at a low point, it is suitable for packaging low-acid beverages.

The HDPE bottle is made by a co-extrusion blow moulding method. The filling and filling speed is 32 ounces and 200 bottles/min. The bottle making equipment is a Foiler 2450 Pillar machine with a capping device and sealed with a fully sealed box. The equipment consumes 4KW.
