1. In the case that the hue meets the requirements, the type of ink used should be as small as possible, that is, a mixture of two colors can be used, and the ink of the third color should not be used because of the color reduction method according to the toner. The principle is that the more colors are used in color matching, the more black components are. The saturation of mixed colors will decrease.

2. It is necessary to estimate the hue of the printed samples to determine which hue of ink to use to adjust, and to determine which color to use as the primary ink, and other inks as the toning ink. In the deployment of spot color inks, the basic ink must be used, supplemented by the color ink, so that the amount of ink dispensed is not excessive.

3. Adjust the size of the paper as much as possible for the paper used for printing. Because the ink color sample is printed or scratched on the paper for observation, the color of the ink varies with the paper's whiteness, opacity, absorbability and other quality factors, and maintains the same before and after the paper, which can avoid the paper due to different Color error.

4. The color of the ink sample or the thickness of the scratched ink layer directly affects the color of the ink. Under normal circumstances, if the ink layer is thick and the brightness is low, the color is deeper. Different printing methods, such as embossing or plain printing, solid or network lines, wet overprinting or dry overprinting, have different ink layer thicknesses and different colors.

5. Whether or not the printed sample of the ink color sample or the scratched ink layer has been dried and the drying time has a certain influence on the color measurement and observation. Because the surface of the ink before and after the drying, the reflection, transmission and absorption of light on the surface film is different, even after drying, due to the different weather resistance of the ink coating, its color may continue to change.

6. To adjust the spot color ink, the color of the saturated hue must first be adjusted. If it needs to be lightened, adjust it to the desired spot color with a lighter agent.

7. After proper trial deployment, we can find out the ratio and expand the production proportionately.

In addition, the influence of other factors on the color should also be considered comprehensively, such as the control of the printing process, the amount of water supplied, and the printing equipment.
