First, wash the net

3. Clean the grease on the screen plate with detergent and rinse it with clean water.

Second, coating
* Coating required items: photosensitive adhesive, sizing (scraper), racking station.
* Coating step:
1. Place the screen smooth and pour the sensitive adhesive into the scraper. (Note: Right amount)
2. Use a scraper to spread the photoresist evenly on the screen. Generally apply three times on each side. Then dry the screen. This is the first time. (Note: The line and character network need to be coated twice)
3. Repeat the above operation for the second coating. (Note: This coating is only performed on the contact surface of the screen)
4. Dry it with a hair dryer or an oven. Do not leave it dry or dry, so as not to affect the quality of the plate. (Note: off the photosensitive adhesive)
Third, how to prepare photosensitive adhesive
1. Add distilled water to a small bottle of sensitized powder to about 4/5 bottles and stir it to fully dissolve it. (photosensitizer)
2. Pour the photosensitizer solution into a large bottle of latex. Stir thoroughly for about 10 minutes. Leave for 3 to 8 hours until bubbles disappear.
Fourth, exposure
1, first of all, with the help of a magnifying glass on the screen, the lines should be perpendicular to the screen silk. (Note: especially lines, characters)
2. Put the net with better position into the exposure machine and adjust the time. After the vacuum is reached, turn on the exposure switch.
Fifth, development, net, dry, repair
1. Wet the exposed screen mesh with water for about 1 minute. Rinse the mesh with high-pressure water until it is completely clear.
2. Check under the light to see if it is completely clear, and if the plate is successful, if it is not good, it will be redone.
3. After the wet net is dried, place it under the light box and use the net seal paste to repair defects such as trachoma and flash.
