Last month, the Municipal Agricultural Bureau sampled 254 batches of agricultural products, with a total pass rate of 98.03%. Among them, a total of 184 batches of vegetables, grains, oils, aquatic products, and livestock products were drawn from the production base, with an average pass rate of 99.46%; 70 batches of vegetables, aquatic products, and livestock products sampled from the circulation market, with an average pass rate of 94.29%. Among them, a total of 120 batches of vegetable samples were taken from local production bases, and the pass rate was 99.2%. The samples were cabbage, onion, garlic, beans, cabbage, root vegetables, melons, green leafy vegetables, and eggplants. A total of 50 batches of vegetable samples were drawn from the circulation market, and the pass rate was 96.0%. The sample categories for sampling are beans, cabbage, rhizomes, melons, eggplants, edible fungi, yam, leafy vegetables.
In terms of fruits, 29 batches of bayberry samples were sampled by the Municipal Agriculture Bureau, all of which were qualified.

Why the qualified rate of agricultural products in local production bases is often higher than the circulation market?
