2. Skew caused by the wear of the shaft end of the paper pressure bearing
The paper-pressing bearing is located under the paperboard and above the wire tensioning bracket, and the two ends are sleeved with snap springs. When the shaft end of the bearing is worn, the tension of the paper tape (4 or 6) is inconsistent, that is, the running speed of each line is not synchronized, resulting in the paper skew, causing the pull gauge to pull the paper in place or Pulling over the head, the printed positions of the printed sheets are different. If the shaft is opened without stopping the machine and the shaft is shaken by hand, it is difficult to find the root cause of this fault, and it will mislead the operator and make him mistakenly think it is due to the failure of the pull gauge or the failure of the photoelectric eye.
Solution: Loosen the 4 screws on the cardboard, remove the worn shaft, and replace two new shafts at one time.
