Constant temperature hot press operating conditions
The normal use of the constant temperature hot press must meet the following conditions: the power supply voltage fluctuation at the position of the machine is small, the ambient temperature is lower than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is less than 80%.
The position of the machine should be away from the vibration source, and the effects of direct sunlight and heat radiation should be avoided to avoid the effects of moisture and airflow. If the machine tool has a vibration source nearby, an anti-vibration groove should be installed around the machine tool. Otherwise, it will directly affect the processing accuracy and stability of the machine, which will cause poor contact of electronic components, cause malfunction, and affect the reliability of the machine. It is best to use a 10,000-class clean room with no vibration source nearby.
