Nitrogen blower installation (1) Take out the nitrogen blower, unscrew the hex nut at the bottom, remove the packaging positioning plate, and unscrew the chassis spring pad. Reverse the three bottom corners of the chassis and tighten. According to the order of hex nut, spring pad and chassis, install the three on the center rod in turn and tighten them. Place the nitrogen blower in a water bath or other flat surface. When the nitrogen blower is placed in a constant temperature water bath, the temperature sensor of the constant temperature water bath (vertical upward) should be located inside the temperature sensor hole (large hole) of the chassis. (2) Connect the gas pipe to the gas flow meter outlet. (3) Loosen the butterfly knob, raise the nitrogen blower to the highest position, and then tighten the butterfly knob. (4) Adjust the height of the sample positioning frame according to the length of the test tube. A. When the length of the test tube is between 25-100mm, use a hexagon wrench to loosen the positioning screw on the center ring of the tray, lift the tray to the appropriate height, and pay attention to the gap between the tray and the position of the test tube, and then tighten the positioning screw. When the length of the test tube is less than 25mm, the tray can be turned upside down so that the center ring of the tray is under the tray, and then adjusted. When adjusting the tray, if it needs to be reversed (that is, the center ring of the tray is down), loosen the butterfly knob, remove the center sleeve, loosen the top wire of the center ring of the tray, remove the reverse along the sleeve, and remove it if necessary Positioning slip ring at the bottom end of the casing or the upper end of the spring. B. If the length of the test tube is greater than 100mm, the gas distribution plate can be adjusted to the second position of the central casing, that is, the top plate moves upward by about 35mm. That is, loosen the positioning screw, slide the gas distribution plate to the upper hole, and then tighten the positioning screw. C. Adjust the sample positioning frame (this step needs to be adjusted frequently): first loosen the positioning screw on the center ring of the positioning frame, raise the sample positioning frame to the desired height, and fix it with the positioning screw. (5) Needle: Nitrogen blower comes standard with a 4 inch 19-gauge stainless steel flat-head needle. Align the stainless steel needle to the bottom of the needle valve tube and tighten. Take care not to install it too tightly. Use hand strength. (6) Raise the needle valve tube to the highest position: tighten the lock nut on the gas distribution plate, and the needle valve tube can be easily slid up and down by hand. (7) Turn the needle valve on the needle valve tube clockwise to close it. (8) Close the flowmeter valve clockwise.
