Physically functional inks

1. The role of optics

(1) black light ink

    Functional ink with optical function, there is a black light color ink. This is a kind of ink that only sees white under sunlight or general illumination, but when it is irradiated with ultraviolet light such as black light, it becomes an inorganic phosphor-incorporated ink that can give off a vivid fluorescent color, showing green, yellow, red and pink. Fluorescent color changes of purple, blue, white, etc. An inorganic fluorescent material was used as a chromogen, and it was prepared by dispersing it in a suitable adhesive for use.

Representative products of inorganic phosphors are as follows:

Red - Y2O3:Eu

Blue - ZnS: Al

Green - ZnS: Cu

This ink is superior in heat resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance as compared with general fluorescent inks. Can be used for 100 ~ 200 screen printing, as a standard color, there are green, yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, blue, white, etc., can be allocated with many colors.

As for the light source (black light) used for hair coloring, there are a fluorescent tube type, a light bulb type, and a condenser light projector type. Purple light color ink can be used in display screens, fibers, marking agents, anti-counterfeiting, automotive calculations and other aspects.

(2) Luminous ink (luminous ink)

The luminous ink that uses a light-storing pigment also belongs to this category. It absorbs light energy such as sunlight and electric light and accumulates it. It temporarily emits its accumulated light energy and emits light, that is, it glows in a dark room after the light is turned off. The time is up to 20 to 30 minutes. Recently, it has become a light-storing pigment that uses 8 to 10 times the luminance and light-emission time of the past. In terms of color, it emits light of green, red and blue. In order to increase the brightness of the residual light, it will be used as a light-storing pigment. The addition amount of the resin component is 1:1 to a greater extent, and the ink film is made thicker, and the printing is performed using a screen mesh of 100 to 180 meshes.
