To rationally plan to use the base paper. At present, the overseas carton industry is more standardized and has a unified production standard; er, users make cartons according to uniform specifications. The domestic carton industry does not have a unified standard; the list of bills of materials (Bill) and cartons has a variety of specifications, and there are hundreds of them. The same cartons can be produced with different base papers. If business is only based on the need to buy paper, and there is no plan for a paper stock, it often leads to an increase in warehouse inventory, more and more dull goods, more and more difficult to deal with, the paper warehouse will soon tend to Saturation not only adds a lot of difficulty to the warehouse management, but also occupies a large amount of capital of the company, which is not conducive to the turnover of the company's funds. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize the paper grades. The purchasing department responsible for the purchase of raw paper and the manufacturing department that arranges production must cooperate fully with the sales department that understands the needs of the customers, and in accordance with the conditions of the plant, production capacity, staff quality, and corporate vision. The market direction and customer category make the necessary planning, formulate reasonable enterprise paper specification standards, and strictly enforce them.

Carton factory can try to use ABC method to manage the base paper. The ABC management of general raw materials is classified according to the value of the goods, and the value of the base paper is between 2,000 and 4,000 yuan. The classification can not be used; ABC classification is performed; but the difference between various types of base papers is wide or not. We can classify the size of the base paper usage and the frequency of use. In general, the use of core paper is more, with a wider range; face paper with a relatively narrow. Based on the monthly raw paper consumption statistics table and material combination and analysis table, we can analyze our Class A base paper. Assume that our Class A base papers are: 100G core paper, 110G core paper, 125G core paper, 145G face paper, 175G face paper. For these five kinds of gram basis papers, Type A management methods can be implemented. Usually, it strictly controls, maintains close contact with suppliers, communicates in a timely manner, and ensures smooth supply; the safety stock of Class A base paper must be set higher, and the frequency of re-verification of safety stocks should be the highest. General management of raw paper warehouses

First, when designing the base paper warehouse, taking into account the three-day inspection period of the base paper, the two-day delivery period, the production schedule of the paper mill about ten days, and the risk of out-of-stock, it is generally reasonable to control the inventory turnover rate to 25 days. If there are 5,000 tons of production per month, then a 4,000-ton warehouse will still be needed. One of the special comparisons between carton production and other products is the existence of a paper withdrawal process. It is equivalent to increasing the workload of the raw paper ingredients. Therefore, in order to facilitate the entry and exit of raw paper, it must be stored in a channel-oriented manner. The basic condition is that The base paper faces the channel and all labels face right.

Second, according to the selected frequency of the delivery, the same species is kept in the same place. Highly-used base paper should be placed near the entrance and exit, nearest to the tile line; low-consumption base paper should be placed slightly further away from the tile line; seasonal, special orders can be placed on vacant base paper. Corners, etc., to maximize the use of warehouse space. The familiarity of warehouse personnel with the location of the base paper in the warehouse directly influences the time of storage and storage. To improve the operating efficiency and storage efficiency, the same base paper or similar base paper should be kept in the same place, and a paper surface area and core paper can be set up. Area, save the paper and the core paper separately.

Again, it is reasonable to specify the number of stacking layers to improve the storage efficiency. Each paper roll weighing 1 to 2 tons, and warehouse space is limited, the design of the warehouse floor bearing capacity is also a factor to be considered, according to the size of the width of the provisions of each base paper stacking number, generally does not exceed 4 meters, maximum no more than 6 meters.

Finally, the large size of the base paper requires the use of a holding vehicle for movement and requires a large storage area. In order to be able to achieve the first-in-first-out of the base paper of the warehouse, a color label management method can be adopted, and the labels can be used according to the colors of the seasons to indicate the date of purchase so that the warehouse personnel and the forklift driver can clearly know the time of stocking the original paper.

The base paper warehouse should be drained, but also anti-theft. The pace of informatization of carton enterprises is gradually accelerating, and warehouses are also required to introduce a comprehensive warehouse management system, establish a daily report system, and periodically make warehouse management personnel report routine management matters. In the monthly and year-end inventory, it is necessary to check whether the accounts are in fact consistent with each other, carefully identify the root cause of the loss, and pay close attention to the changes in the volume. At this point, the results of the work of the warehouse staff can be determined. The inventory of unexpected warehouses is also very necessary. One issue that cannot be overlooked is that our upstream manufacturer, paper mills, generally has its own advantages in setting up factories, which are separated from large and small carton factories. Far-reaching; also has its own fixed production schedule, especially large-scale paper mills, whose objectively flexible production is not likely. To achieve zero inventory, small batches of paper will lose a certain price advantage, distribution and transportation costs will be higher than part of the need for an integrated information platform with higher costs; in addition to taking into account the single supply source of out-of-stock risks and corporate Improved management difficulty. Therefore, in terms of the size and profit of the carton plant, the cost of realizing zero-inventory management does not help profitability.
