(Continuously applying ultrasonic bonding technology to corrugating medium and face paper)

There are two methods for bonding corrugated core paper and face paper using ultrasonic technology. One of them is the use of a plurality of single contacts arranged vertically, arranged in a straight line on the working surface. When the tip of the file is passed from below, the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the paper and the core paper to form a narrow Bonding seams. (See Table IA vertical concept). Another method is to use rollers (see Table 1B), that is, two, and preferably three, roller contacts, arranged around the corrugating roller. When the vibration is transmitted in the direction of the axis, the roller is designed to produce salty radial vibration. In this way, the vibration with pressure is transmitted to the paper. However, this radial effect is limited by the length of the different contacts in the application process, so more than one roll needs to be used. Both methods require humidification of the core paper.

Based on the static test, you can choose the appropriate face paper - core paper bonding method and set the adhesion parameters - pressure, ultrasonic contact between the contacts, corrugating roller and vibration amplitude. It has been shown in static tests that the temperature of the base paper and ultrasonic contacts will be greatly increased. The temperature of the cow during the continuous production process can be recorded by an infrared camera (see Table 8). From this it can be seen that as the production speed increases, the temperature of the measured paper will decrease, so the paper needs to be heated to increase the bonding strength. At the same time, based on past experience, it can be known that if the heating step is missing, Only with relatively slow production rates and the use of special paper can it be possible to produce a satisfactory corrugated type. Therefore, from an actual production point of view, the use of ultrasonic bonding technology also requires heating the corrugating roll.
