When the eccentric sleeve is rotated, the eccentric sleeve and the rubber roller installed in the eccentric sleeve rotate around the center O1 of the wallboard hole, that is, Ob rotates around O1. When the distance between the center of the rubber cylinder and the center of the printing plate or the impression cylinder becomes larger, it is the separation pressure, otherwise it is the combined pressure.

The eccentric mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and convenient adjustment, but the processing is difficult.

The processing dimensions of the two shaft ends of the rubber cylinder cannot be consistent. In order to ensure the need of lubrication during assembly, a certain gap must be reserved between the two shaft ends and the eccentric sleeve, but the gap is difficult to control. The gap is large, which affects the accuracy of overprinting and the gap is small However, the lubrication is not good, and the eccentric sleeve and the shaft end are prone to "bite" phenomenon. Due to the frequent clutch pressure action of the machine, once the eccentric sleeve is worn, the printed matter is prone to "ink bars".

Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the three-point suspension clutch pressure mechanism. The rubber roller shaft equipped with a needle bearing is installed in the hole of the bearing sleeve 4. The outer circumference of the bearing sleeve is processed with a cam curve. The bearing sleeve is supported by three rollers to determine the rubber roller The position of the center, where the roller 1 and the roller 2 are fixedly supported, and the roller 3 is flexibly fixed by a spring. When the rotating bearing sleeve brings the cam notch into contact with the rollers 1 and 2, the roller 3 is pushed away from the adjacent rollers by the spring, the center distance between the rollers becomes larger, and the rollers are decompressed. When the outer circumference of the bearing sleeve is in contact with the rollers 1 and 2 at the non-notch, the spring supporting the roller 3 is compressed, the roller is close to the adjacent roller, the center distance between the rollers becomes smaller, and the rollers are pressed together.

The fixed support rollers, suspension support rollers and bearing sleeves used in the three-point suspension clutch pressure mechanism are all made of high-quality alloy steel. After heat treatment, the surface has a high hardness, which greatly improves the service life of the machine . A high-precision needle bearing is installed between the bearing sleeve and the rubber roller. The gap between the rubber roller, the needle bearing, the supporting roller and the bearing sleeve can be adjusted to the best state during the assembly process, ensuring that the machine is running. The rotation is stable without shocks and vibrations, effectively avoiding the occurrence of "ink bars".
