Citrus ink natural ink

The natural plant type paint and enamel made of citrus peel as raw material independently researched and developed by Tianjin Haohong Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. have been industrialized a few days ago to form an annual production scale of 1,000 tons. This environmentally-friendly product has been applied in the Palace Museum in Beijing, as well as ancient buildings in Tianjin, Shandong, and Liaoning. Some of the paints are also exported to South Korea.

China is a big producer of citrus and citrus peels are largely abandoned. The technicians of Tianjin Haohong Technology Co., Ltd. extracted a substance from citrus peels, produced paint coatings with its main raw material, and produced natural adhesives, multi-functional cleaning agents, natural ink and other products. Finally, the citrus peel was processed into Plant-type panels, the technology already has six national invention patents. At present, Hao Hong Company has formed ten major categories of “Zhenzhen” brand and hundreds of varieties of coating products. Its coatings have been tested by the China Building Materials Testing Center and are in line with the national standards for superior products. They have also been awarded the “No Dangerous (Green) Interior Decoration Materials” certificate by the China Construction and Construction Commission.

Zhang Xixi, general manager of Haohong Company, stated that the company had already envisaged setting up an environmental protection paint integration base in the citrus production base in Fujian Province and plans to start it in the second half of the year.
