The acidic substance in the fountain solution chemically reacts with the aluminum plate to form a hydrophilic salt layer on the surface of the plate. It has a good Hydrophobic and oil-repelling ability to ensure the cleanness of non-graphical parts, resulting in oiliness on the PS plate because the inorganic salt layer of the non-graphical part of the plate is damaged, or the hydrophilic colloid produced by the fountain solution itself. According to the past experience in printing practice, the reasons why the non-graphical parts of the PS version are greasy are roughly the following.

1. The fountain solution is too acidic or too weak. The acidity is too weak, the hydrophilic salt layer is formed slowly, and the degreasing ability is poor; the acidity is too strong, and the plate material is heavily corroded, so that the plate surface shines brightly; the plate-off occurs and the emulsification of the ink is aggravated, and the life of the PS plate is affected. To control the pH of the fountain solution, pH test paper can be used for testing. Under normal circumstances, the magenta ink is 4, the yellow ink is 5, the green and black are about 5, and the overall control is 4-6. When the ink is printed in the field and the ink layer is thick, the pH of the fountain solution is smaller. On the contrary, when the screen printing ink layer is thinner, the pH of the fountain solution should be larger.

2. Improper adjustment of the water roller pressure. When the pressure of the water roller and the water roller is too heavy, there are two cases. First, the water fleece on the water roller is squeezed and loses its elasticity. Second, the water roller is rotating. When the front part of the contact between the water roller and the string water roller is squeezed, the plate surface does not actually have a proper water distribution and produces a sense of fat. When the synthetic resin and acid of the ink are immersed, the surface will hardly glow, affecting the elasticity and the ink transfer performance. The ink on the hard ink roller will be easily generated. Ink emulsification, the viscosity of the ink after emulsification decreases, the necessary adhesion between the molecules is lacking, and when the ink roller rolls on the surface of the printing plate, the ink lacking the adhesion easily enters into the sand of the printing plate, gradually making the hydrophilic inorganic material. The salt layer produces oily and oleophobic and there is a greasy phenomenon in the layout. The processing methods are generally the following: 1 Grinding the ink roller, the ink roller after grinding has a large amount of ink, good ink transfer and ink collection, full dots and clear layers. Non-graphical parts can be kept clean, can effectively prevent the greasy production; 2 often keep the ink roller clean; 3 if the pressure regulation of the ink roller with the ink roller layout is bad, in the adjustment, we must keep the ink roller at both ends The pressure is basically the same, which is a key factor in preventing greasy production.

4. The pressure between the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder is too high. Under ideal pressure conditions, the pressure between the print and blanket cylinders is approximately 0.1 mm, but most machines do not meet this requirement and are above the ideal pressure. At the same time, due to the paper structure, the surface roughness is inconsistent and the thickness is thin For unequal reasons, in order to maintain strong outlets and normal transmission of dot blots, during the operation process, liners are often placed under blankets. Sometimes, due to the large size of the printed artwork, the size of the mouthpieces left is small, and the occurrence of bite-ins It is possible that the pressure between the blanket cylinder and the printing plate cylinder will increase and the hydrophilic layer on the surface of the PS plate will be damaged and become oily and oleophilic. In this case, the plate cylinder and the plate cylinder must be correctly mastered. Pressure between rubber blankets. 5, the ink is too thin or oily too much; sometimes in the process of operation, encountered the surface structure of the paper is not tight, and the rubber roller peeling easily when the hair off, powder and other issues. In order to eliminate such failures, during the operation process, too much ink is often added to the ink and the spreading agent, thereby destroying the transfer conditions of the ink layer, greatly reducing the viscosity of the ink, increasing the oiliness, and reducing the ink. The roller's ink-adsorption performance causes the remaining ink layer of the PS plate to be insufficient, and the graphic part is dirty due to the exposed thick wear. Therefore, the ink that is too thin for the ink can be renewed, or an appropriate amount of concentrated ink can be added to increase its viscosity. At the same time, the acidity of the fountain solution must be increased, and the arabic resin glue can be added. The old PS plate can be used to wipe the potion.
