Cyklod Launches New Product CHT300

A new type of highly-tensioned frictional connection tool was installed on Cyklop's battery-powered series of bale tools, which promoted the development of safety standards in the corrugated box manufacturing industry. The CHT300 is a product designed for small markets that require high tightness bales.

This ergonomic design is the second generation of manual baling tools. Its main features include its own battery-driven, eliminating the danger of power or vacuum trailing.

Cyklod's continuously-launched battery-powered products in Cambridgeshire will be welcomed by companies. These companies are under pressure from the more stringent Health and Safety Regulations, which require the use of manual equipment to ensure the safety of employees.

The CHT300 is produced to the highest standards with a lid made of compression-reinforced plastic. Microprocessors are installed in a new generation of panels with touch screens for monitoring and adjusting tension, tension levels and connection times.

The CHT300 handles bales with a width of 15 mm to 19 mm; polyester bales with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 1.3 mm and polypropylene with a thickness of 0.08 mm to 1.00 mm.
