Japan launches high temperature ceramic fiber paper

A paper company in Japan made ceramic fiber paper with alumina:silica=1:1 as raw material. This fiber paper does not burn at high temperatures of 1000°C. In addition to the use of a special binder, this ceramic fiber paper also removes spherical non-fibrous materials in alumina and silica fibers, so that the thickness is only 0.15-0.30um, and it is very soft, heat-resistant, and tensile. Good performance, high strength, good water resistance and electrical insulation.

This type of paper is used as an anti-splash material for alloys, as a surface material for heat-resistant panels, and as a fireproof material. The impregnated coating surface eliminates air bubbles and can also be used as an electrical insulating material.
