DTM materials can use general flexo printing inks, solvent wash water, and will not cause harm. This type of roller diameter is 80 ~ 192mm, plate roller width 250 ~ 900mm self-adhesive foam material thickness error ± 0.015mm, repeat length error ± 0 02mm. The use of DTM material can save 70% of the cost of double-sided tape, 50% of the plate time, and facilitate the next version, reducing the damage to the plate, the back of the plate will not remain adhesive, more accurate than double-sided tape, The stable thickness can improve the printing stability, better than the double-sided tape resilience, will not be sagged under pressure, and can shorten the printing preparation time.
