The on-line detection and treatment of organic gas by photocatalytic phase transfer method passed the acceptance of the Guangdong Science and Technology Plan project undertaken by the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Investigator Tao Lianmin, Director of the Social Development Office of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Director Chen Wenjie, Wu Nengyou, Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Energy Research Institute, and Zhou Zhouyu, Director of the Science and Technology Division, attended the acceptance meeting. Six experts, Cen Chaoping, a researcher from the South China Institute of Environmental Sciences, Ministry of Environmental Protection, formed the acceptance expert group. At the acceptance meeting, the person in charge of the project made a summary report of the project, and the acceptance team consulted relevant materials and conducted inquiries. The expert group fully affirmed the scientific research results achieved by the subject, and believed that the project successfully completed the research tasks and objectives stipulated in the contract and the use of funds. The expert group unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance. Based on the technology of photocatalytic phase transfer treatment of organic gas and photoelectric catalytic determination of organic gas concentration, this project designed and developed an air purification automatic control device for organic gas treatment, and has made significant progress in organic gas treatment efficiency.
