Installation conditions:
The MF3000 flowmeter is installed on the horizontal powder conveying pipe between the gas powder mixer and the burner below the screw feeder. Under the action of a primary fan, the coal powder passes through the gas powder mixer and the MF3000 sensor's coal powder pipe to the burner .
Measurement process:
Through the speed of the screw feeder motor and the experience of the field engineer, we used the weighing method to obtain the reference value of the pulverized coal flow of the four air ducts, which is 20Hz / 202kg / h, 30Hz / 283kg / h, 40Hz / 379kg / h, 50Hz / 462kg / h (four different frequencies of the inverter represent four different flow values ​​of the feeder), calibrated through four reference points, and then through repeated test comparison, the flow measured by the sensor is the same as the actual The flow values ​​correspond to each other and the linear relationship is stable. In the case of 50Hz speed of the feeder, the cumulative flow rate of the flow sensor in 3545 seconds is 456.8kg <=> 463.8kg / h, the reference flow rate is 462kg / h, and the error is 1%.
