The implementation of the "one household, one meter" policy for domestic electricity consumption and the intelligent development of residential residential district management AMR technology is developing very quickly, and the Ministry of Construction's standard on "Three-meter Intelligent System Device for Residential, Kitchen, and Bathroom Metering" is also being formulated. At present, the national standard (draft) of the automatic meter reading system has been introduced. The automatic meter reading system can be used not only for meter reading of electric energy meters, but also for meter reading of water meters, gas meters and heat meters with pulse output. In terms of function, it is not limited to the function of meter reading. According to national standards, it should also have the functions of monitoring operation status alarm, parameter setting, load control, and customization. At present, the automatic meter reading system varies from 100 yuan to 300 yuan per household with different functions.
